Quintessential Finance Group, a UK-based financial technology business, is expanding its new call-based loans application service that will allow call centre agents and finance brokers to easily take customer loan applications over the phone.

Built on Pingtree technology, the platform creates more chances of finding a loan through one of Pingcall’s integrated lenders.

In addition to being operated by Pingcall staff, the new platform will also be available to affiliates and call-centre operators.

First, the application is created and sent to Pingcall lenders panel for acceptance, following which the user agent will present customers with clear instructions and finally complete the loan process.

The loan applications generated will add to over 600,000 loan and insurance applications that Pingtree generates every month.
