Diebold Nixdorf has secured a contract to manage the entire ATM network of Heritage Bank, a customer-owned lender in Australia.
The five-year contract encompasses the maintenance of the ATMs as well as work to boost their operational efficiency.
Diebold Nixdorf will equip the self-service network with DN AllConnect Services-powered solutions and install Windows 10 software in the ATMs.
The scope of work also includes equipping ATMs with anti-skimming card protection, security updates and other remote monitoring services.
Heritage Bank CEO Peter Lock said: “This agreement ensures increased operational efficiency of our ATMs, and allows us to focus on our core business of providing consumers with a great banking experience.
“The relationship with Diebold Nixdorf matters a great deal to us, and we are absolutely thrilled that it will be continuing.”
