Iberiabank is deploying the new commercial online banking systems developed by Online Banking Solutions (OBS), which will allow it to serve its existing clients and offer cash management tools to new clients.
The systems developed by OBS include Messenger Financial Center, a business e-banking platform; Messenger Mobile Banking, a mobile business banking platform; and M-Secure Banking, an online security/fraud prevention platform.
Iberiabank treasury management senior vice president Mark Feagin said that the implementation of the OBS system was smooth and required a minimum of manual intervention by the bank’s IT staff.
"Our clients who had been with national and large regional banks are enjoying the same features and functionality that they have been used to with the big bank systems.
"The OBS system is secure, sleek and easy to navigate. It has allowed us to upgrade our reporting capabilities and renew the functionality of every day cash management tools," Feagin added.
