Bank of America has opened its new financial center in Hayward, California, equipped with digital resources and on-site expertise required to help clients with their financial decisions.

The new centre will boast of a digital demonstration countre with iPads to perform mobile and online banking, two walk-up and three drive-up cardless ATMs, along with private offices for financial advice.

It will also feature a financial learning space fitted with interactive tools to enable clients explore the bank’s products, with digital ambassadors available to answer their queries.

The centre will offer a range of services such as checking and savings account services and credit cards, lending services for home loans, home equity and auto loans, Merrill Edge retirement and investment services, and small business banking.

It will also house a Merrill Edge financial solutions adviser, mortgage loan officer and a small business banker to offer advice to customers.

Bank of America retail banking business president and San Francisco – East Bay market president Thong Nguyen said: “We’re expanding access to Bank of America services and making it easier for clients in Hayward to get expert advice for all their financial needs.
