Zuno Bank AG, an internet based bank part of Raiffeisen Bank International, has implemented FICO Capstone Decision Accelerator, by FICO, into its online lending business.

FICO Capstone Decision Accelerator generates automated assessments of customer value and risk for country specific, unsecured lending in Solavakia and the Czech Republic.

The risk and value assessment technology makes decisions on credit requests, deposits, personal loans, refinancing, contactless credit cards and overdrafts via internet banking. FICO Capstone Decision Accelerator also detects and prevents fraud attacks and reduces fraud loses.

Petro Merkulov, head of risk management, Zuno said: "Excellent service is crucial for us, so the ability to generate automated decisions on credit requests in short period of time, compared with the standard one or two days for manual underwriting will make a big impact on our ability to achieve our goal."

FICO Capstone Decision Accelerator will be hosted in Zuno’s data center in a private cloud.
