Wincor Nixdorf is set to take over the central operations management of over 700 branch systems of Landesbank Baden Württemberg (LBBW) to boost self-service efficiency.

The branch systems to be taken over include automated teller machines, cash recyclers, self-service terminals as well as automated teller safes.

Wincor Nixdorf has been tasked with overseeing operation of LBBW’s current self-service infrastructure since 1 December 2015.

The company will now be responsible for managing about 300 teller machines and recyclers, about 300 self-service terminals as well as over 140 automated teller safes.

It will also be responsible for monitoring the services and taking remedial measures when required.

Further, the company will offer a user help desk to help users fix minor faults as well as help control service providers sent to fix faults on site.
