Fintech firm VSoft has introduced a core processing platform called Wings, which aims to make core processing easier and quicker for banks.

Powered by advanced browser-based technologies, the new offering is device agnostic.

It includes various modules, enabling real-time and high-volume transactions across various channels.

It also offers a unified view of account holder data, facilitating data-driven decisions by banks.

Automated reports are generated on a monthly basis for banks.

According to the vendor, the open-system design of Wings supports rapid adaptation to market changes.

Banks will be offered options of real-time posting, batch posting or a combination of both as transaction processing methods.

Moreover, the new proposition is said to enable roll out of new products in minutes, aided by its customisable feature.

The ability to add new screens and fields natively in the system in real-time will also be supported.

This relieves banks from the hassles of costly programming, VSoft said.

The vendor claims that those deploying Wings have reported “tremendous improvements”.

VSoft chairman and CEO Murthy Veeraghanta said: “Financial institutions with outdated, legacy core technology can no longer compete in today’s ultra-competitive market.

“In response, we developed a functional, flexible core system that allows organisations to work more efficiently and compete at higher levels.”
