British banking group Standard Chartered has named Mohamed Abdel Bary as its new CFO for Middle East and Africa (MEA).

Based in Dubai, Bary will report to regional CEO for MEA Sunil Kaushal and group deputy CFO Vivek Ahuja.

Bary joined the UK-based lender as head of business finance UAE and Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan (MENAP) four years ago, and most recently served as the bank’s head of finance for UAE.
