Canadian lender Scotiabank has added Apple Pay support for its debit and credit card customers in the country.

Now, customers having a Scotiabank debit card or eligible credit card can use Apple Pay both in-store and within apps.

While using Apple Pay, the bank’s customers will receive the same number of loyalty rewards for their transactions for eligible Scotiabank credit or debit cards that they currently use, irrespective of the payment option selected.

Customers can add a Scotiabank payment card on an iPhone, or Apple Watch, or iPad, conveniently.

Apple Pay enables users to upload credit and debit card information to their iPhones and Apple Watches and make in-store purchases using their devices.
