California-based River Valley Community Bank (RVC Bank) has selected Georgia-based NCR as its software partner to transform the digital banking experience for its consumer and business customers.

RVC Bank will use the NCR DI platform to extend self-service options and enhance capabilities for its customers.

Additionally, the lender will roll out Zelle, NCR credit score, NCR digital receipts, and more on the NCR platform.

By teaming up with NCR, RVC Bank will be able to facilitate consumer and business banking on a single platform.

This will help simplify back-office operations, minimise costs, and create a unified banking experience for customers.

NCR, which employs 36,000 people globally, provides software services to financial, retail, and hospitality industries.
