Symitar, a division of Jack Henry & Associates, designed Episys as a data processing system for credit unions. Both the credit unions opted for an outsourced solution with Symitar to manage their core system.

With Episys, Red Canoe aims to customise its core and connect with third-party solutions to achieve further growth. It selected the platform as its offered consistent approach to design, enhancing user interaction and experience across multiple functions.
