Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) has partnered with Moxtra to introduce a virtual branch service that will offer clients a full suite of e-paper workflows and modules to customers.

Dubbed RaiConnect, the new virtual branch app is available for the bank’s premium private individual customers and corporate clients.

Using the RaiConnect app, customers can exchange documents, receive information via screen sharing, and video call their relationship managers, and more.

Moxtra, which is already a part of RBI’s global fintech partnership programme named ‘Elevator Lab’, has been selected to power the new platform.

Moxtra enables easy integration of external record systems like document management systems, CRMs, transaction management systems, and more.

It also provides relationship management capabilities to companies, while allowing them to measure how internal business groups perform against goals.

Moxtra strategic business solutions Karrtik Rao said: “For today’s consumers, on-demand, digital experiences are no longer perks — they are expectations. It is vital for businesses to transform in order to provide OneStop digital experiences.

“With RaiConnect, we partnered with RBI to create a ‘virtual branch’ where RBI’s premium clients can receive the quality, timely service that they’ve come to expect from Raiffeisen Bank — at their fingertips.”

RaiConnect web and mobile app is already available in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Hungary, Kosovo and Albania.

In the coming weeks, the app will be rolled out in Austria, Romania, Belarus and Croatia, the company said.

RBI RaiConnect product owner Zsofia Jokai said: “RaiConnect app brings to our premium and corporate clients a new possibility to get remote, ongoing support and the high-touch service that they are used to getting when visiting our bank locations.

“By utilising the various collaboration tools available through RaiConnect, our Relationship Managers have the ability to communicate transactions and provide advisory services conveniently and securely.”

RaiConnect is currently available on invitation-only basis.
