Printec Group, a transaction automation solutions provider, and INETCO Systems, a banking analytics software solutions provider, have teamed up to offer banks in Central and Eastern Europe on-demand access to rich customer transaction data.

The companies will offer the service through the INETCO Analytics software, which will enable banks to adopt data-driven banking strategies and deliver more value to existing end customers.

As part of this partnership agreement, Printec will provide INETCO Analytics for retail banking channels in the region through licensed resale in addition to offering a range of professional services related to other INETCO solutions.

The analytics tool will collect structured customer transaction data and warehouse them within a scalable Apache Hadoop data store, making data available to be queried and visualized on-demand leveraging Tableau based dashboards.

Printec COO Vangelis Chrysafidis said: "Our customers are voicing a need for better understanding of how end customers are using self-service devices and digital banking interfaces such as ATMs, POS terminals, Internet banking and Mobile banking applications.

"They are ready to move beyond traditional measures such as ATM availability to better understand consumer usage and engagement. Printec is delighted to offer them a solution in INETCO Analytics and look forward to working in close partnership with INETCO."
