Massachusetts-based Needham Bank has deployed a new responsive customer engagement platform, developed by TimeTrade Systems, to offer enhanced services to its customers.

The new platform features a ‘Schedule a Call’ button, which can be used by customers to schedule a personalised appointment with a representative and get their queries resolved quickly.

Needham Bank marketing and retail sales first vice president, Eric Morse, said they have spent more than 100 years building an organisation dedicated to serving their customers, and the community.

"We’re very excited to be giving our customers access to the same innovative technology used by some of the ‘big banks’ – but at a much more personal level at their local community bank," Morse added.

Established in 1892, Needham Bank depends on local banking and meeting customers’ needs to grow its business. It currently offers services in Needham, Dedham, Medfield, Westwood, Wellesley, Dover and Sherborn regions.

Morse said they look for every opportunity to make banking as convenient as possible for their customers.
