The National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) has rolled out a new mobile banking solution for its customers in the UAE.

The launch of the new mobile banking app is part of the lender’s strategy to upgrade its banking channels including branches, website, online banking and ATMs.

The bank claims that NBAD Mobile Banking platform will offer clients new features and services such as the ‘Comfort Zone’, personalised dashboard with enhanced functionality and latest security features.

The app will let customers customise NBAD Mobile Banking dashboard to show the favorite options. The ‘Comfort Zone’ feature will let users to set a maximum and minimum balance they are comfortable having in their accounts, the bank added.

The application allows only one registration for a unique mobile number and for easy access it requires only mobile password for every login.

Abdulla Al Otaiba, senior managing director & group head of global retail & commercial at NBAD, said: "We have recently launched the new and interactive NBAD website. We are also upgrading our physical branches followed by an upgrade of our ATMs and online banking. It is a meticulous strategy to offer a world-class, market leading and consistently excellent customer experience to our valued customers."
