National Australia Bank (NAB) has unveiled new customer-led innovation solutions that will be delivered through the banks digital hub, NAB Labs.

The newly launched solutions include NAB Business in One and NAB Dash.

Developed in association with Australian start-up Maestrano, NAB Business in One is a cloud-based digital platform for small business customers.

The solution synchronises data in real-time across several applications into a central, customisable dashboard.

NAB CEO Andrew Thorburn said: "Business in One will give small business owners the data and information they need to help them run their small business in one place. Our customers have been asking us to make it easier for them, and that’s exactly what Business in One does."

The lender is also set to launch a streamlined ‘order, pay, collect’ technology, called NAB Dash, in April.

The solution leverages location-based technology to alert staff at food stands and bars when a user approaches the counter to collect their order, thereby reducing congestion.

Additionally, the lender has partnered with the University of Melbourne and Melbourne Business School, which will facilitate the exchange of talent and ideas between NAB Labs and the university to support joint design and research projects.
