Myanmar-based Shwe Bank has completed the internet and mobile banking project in a step to achieve its business objectives and optimise its services.
The project was completed in collaboration with banking solutions and financial services provider JMR Infotech, where it customised and upgraded the Oracle Flexcube Direct Banking (FCDB) solution to optimise internet banking environment.

Additionally, JMR enhanced other customer experience features such as payments for DTH, mobile recharge and single sign-on for retail & corporate users.
Following the upgrade, the Myanmar-based lender can introduce new products and services for its customer swiftly and streamline operational efficiency.
