Myanmar-based Myawaddy Bank has selected Finacle solution suite from Infosys Finacle, part of EdgeVerve Systems, to power its digital transformation.

The technology vendor said that its platform will enable the lender to minimise manual effort and optimise numerous banking processes by delivering considerable automation in front and back office operations.

Additionally, the implementation of Finacle will offer a complete view of customer relationships and transactions across the bank.

Also, the inbuilt product factory capability will empower Myawaddy Bank to quickly roll out new products to meet the market demands, the technology company said.

ACE Data Systems, Finacle’s business partner in Myanmar, will help in implementing the solution at Myawaddy Bank.

Myawaddy Bank managing director U Yu Lwin said: “We selected Finacle as our strategic partner for our technology transformation journey due to its strong solution credentials, proven track record and experience of working with leading financial institutions across the world.
