US-based Mansfield Bank has selected fintech company Computer Services (CSI) as its core digital banking platform provider.
As a part of the collaboration, the bank will implement CSI’s NuPoint core processing solution, digital banking platform and CSI CRM.

The deployment of the new systems will streamline back-office processes as well as enable the bank to improve digital banking services.
Additionally, CSI NuPoint will enable Mansfield Bank to utilise user analytics in order to personalise banking services.

Mansfield Bank also plans to bolster its customer service by training its entire staff on the new platform.
