Mambu, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) banking platform, has formed a global partnership with Google Cloud to expand its services globally.

Through this partnership, Mambu aims to launch and extend its banking and lending operations in additional countries on the cloud-agnostic platform.

Mambu expects the partnership it enables it to operate end-to-end on Google Cloud to introduce its SaaS offering to a wide array of new financial services firms.

The entire Mambu banking platform and services now run on Google Cloud. This includes the company’s banking and lending engines, process orchestrator, payment integrations, and ecosystem connectors and supporting services.

Google Cloud director of partnerships Chris Arisian said: “We are proud to partner with Mambu and to offer their end-to-end portfolio of digital banking and lending products natively on Google Cloud.

“With this partnership, banks and financial services organizations can extend their digital banking services, powered by Mambu, onto Google Cloud’s global, elastic, and secure infrastructure, helping them build scalable, customer-centric banking experiences.”

Mambu began the integration with Google Cloud in February 2020 and went live in May 2020.

Launched in 2011, Mambu offers current accounts, loans, deposits, mortgages and other financial products and services to its clients in over 50 countries worldwide.
