US Bank has been named by Keynote as the provider of best
customer experience among US retail banks’ websites.

US Bank also scored the highest points for brand and acquisition
impact and online adoption.

The executive vice president and head of US Bank’s internet and
mobile channels, Meheriar Hasan said:

 “US Bank’s new capabilities and processes – including our
improved website structure and navigation, comparison tools, online
chat support, and user-friendly application process – all
contributed to our top rankings.”

The research agency ranked US banks according to responses
from2,000 online banking consumers of the top 10 US banks and
Keynote’s own website monitoring.
