Jordan Kuwait Bank (JKB) has successfully deployed SmartVista, developed by BPC Banking Technologies, to improve its card business and to provide customers with new card products.
In addition to cards and ATM services, the new solution enables JKB to roll out a range of products in the field of e-payments and enhance their customer service.
BPC also developed special interfaces for JKB’s internet-bank and core banking system, which will allow it to streamline its process, eliminate errors and reduce costs.
JKB chairman, Abdel Karim Kabariti, said the advanced technological infrastructure at the bank enables them to provide and offer sophisticated electronic services.
"The implementation of SmartVista is a very important step that will enable the Bank to offer new electronic payment services through various electronic and direct communication channels used at the Bank, whether it is at our branches or via our NetBanker, mobile banking and phone banking services or ATM network," Kabariti added.
