HSBC Bank Oman has launched several digital banking enhancements across various platforms. Among these include an Arabic HSBC Mobile Banking App designed for iOS and Android powered smartphones.

The app enables customers to gain access to a host of services such as domestic and international money transfers to third party accounts, opening new term deposits, sending and receiving secure messages about their banking needs.

The app also allows customers to view account details on one screen and make transfers, make payment for utility and credit card bills, as well as check international exchange rates.

HSBC Oman has also launched an Arabic public website and upgraded its phone banking services.

The website will offer access to its online services for more customers, as well as will provide more of its services bilingually where possible.

The phone banking service will facilitate shorter phone calls by recognizing telephone numbers of customers and directing them to their personalized options.
