North Dakota-based Heartland State Bank has chosen Computer Services (CSI) as its new core banking provider to enhance digital banking capabilities.
The technology provider said that its NuPoint core processing solution will allow the bank to deploy mobile banking applications across different platforms and for varied transaction types.
The bank as already completed the conversion to the new core platform. The vendor said that its mobile and core processing offerings, security protocols to safeguard customer data, and ability to streamline operations were key decisions in its selection by the bank.
Heartland State Bank president Scott Tewksbury said: “Our goal is to deliver high-touch, high-knowledge customer service, so we needed a core provider that could deliver the infrastructure necessary for a robust digital portfolio that’s backed by trusted security resources.
“By working with CSI, we can now offer the kinds of digital banking services available at larger financial institutions, while maintaining the friendliness, convenience and customer focus that can only come from a community-based bank.”
