Singapore-based fintech Friz has joined forces with embedded finance provider MatchMove to offer a neo-banking platform for freelancers.
The platform is designed for the creator economy to offer them a one-stop solution for their financial needs.
It seeks to provide freelances ‘seamless’ access to financial services and a cash-management system.
Due to the nature of their job, freelancers have limited access to credit. Friz partners with lenders to offer project-based workers a credit line.
The tie-up will see Friz using MatchMove’s “MoveFast” product solution to top-up customer’s wallets in ‘real-time’.
MatchMove-enabled Mastercard-branded virtual cards will enable Friz to offer credit to freelancers, allowing them to pay only for the amount they spend.
