French banking group BPCE has signed a partnership agreement to deploy Meniga’s digital banking solutions across its Banques Populaires and Caisses d’Epargne banking units.
Under the agreement, BPCE will integrate Meniga’s technology to improve its digital channels and introduce new personalised services to provide better services to its customers.
In the first phase, Meniga Financial Activity Feed suite and its real-time spending overview and data-driven personalised alerts and insights will be rolled out.
The installation of the new solutions is expected to enable BPCE to capitalise their transaction, as the new EU Payment Services Directive (PSD2) is also scheduled to be implemented this month.
BPCE CEO François Pérol said: “As we enter into an era of open banking, we look forward to working closely with Meniga to transform our digital customer experience.
“Meniga’s data-driven digital banking solutions will help accelerate our digital transformation journey and help us adapt to the ever-evolving needs of our customers.”
