Nebraska-based FirsTier Bank has partnered with Fiserv to deploy its solutions, in order to achieve efficiency and drive business growth.
Under the deal, FirsTier Bank has deployed Fiserv’s Premier bank platform for account processing. The platform has new navigation tools and efficient processing capabilities, which were the factors responsible for the bank’s selection.

FirsTier also implemented Fiserv’s Teller Source Capture, which is expected to enable the bank save staff time, while reducing the transaction times for customers.
Some of the other Fiserv solutions selected by FirsTier include ATM Processing, Branch Source Capture, Merchant Source Capture and Mobile Source Capture for deposit capture, Business Analytics for enterprise-wide reporting functionality, Business Online and Retail Online for online banking, CheckFree RXP and CheckFree Small Business for bill payments.
In addition to these, Director for electronic content management, eStatements, Fiserv Clearing Network for image exchange, Integrated Teller for real-time customer and account information, Item Processing, Mobiliti for mobile banking; Statement Advantage for customised statements, and web design and hosting services were also selected.
