Bessemer, Alabama-based First Financial Bank has chosen Fiserv as its new technology partner.
In April this year, the bank converted to Fiserv’s Cleartouch platform. At the same time, it is also utilising Fiserv’s mobile banking platform known as Mobiliti.

It has also opted for other business-focused solutions from the technology vendor, including Business Online for commercial online banking, CheckFree Small Business for bill payment, as well as Mobile Source Capture for remote deposit capture.
First Financial Bank executive vice president and CFO Kyle Goodwin said: “In working with the Fiserv team and speaking with other clients, we are confident that we have found a partner with the technology and expertise to support our goals.”
Fiserv Bank Solutions president Teri Carstensen said: “People aren’t thinking about financial services, they’re living their lives and expect speed, ease and convenience. First Financial Bank is using Fiserv solutions to make it easy for customers to do what they need to, when they need to.”
