Banking software provider Temenos has announced the introduction of Finn AI on the Temenos MarketPlace, a platform that helps exchange of value between fintech providers and financial institutions.

Finn AI is deployed in various financial institutions including Bank of Montreal, to offer artificial intelligence (AI) driven personal banking and financial management assistants to the consumers.

The solution is trained with banking knowledge and is available in multiple languages.

A consumer can receive financial services through simple conversations through Finn AI and manage their accounts.

Besides Bank of Montreal, the customers of Finn Ai include ATB Financial, Banpro Grupo Promerica and Commonwealth Bank.
