East West Bank, a Southern California-based independent bank, has selected Pintec Technology to support its digital transformation plan.
The bank will utilise the vendor’s s big data and artificial intelligence technologies to offer tailored services for its Chinese and Chinese-American customers.

The services will span a range of areas including application process, interactive design, information collection, identification and verification, as well as client retention.
The aim is to enhance the customer acquisition capability of the bank.
