Commercial Bank of Ceylon has selected Fiserv’s DigitalAccess platform to offer fully integrated digital banking capabilities across smartphones, tablets and desktops.

The solution, which will replace the bank’s existing digital banking platform, will allow the bank to support digital banking services in local languages, including Sinhala, Tamil, Bengali, and Divehi.

The technology vendor said that the solution will enable the bank to implement new banking capabilities, will upgrade quickly and at a lower cost, and improve speed to market.

DigitalAccess integrates with the bank’s core platform Signature from Fiserv, allowing digital onboarding for customers.The solution also incorporates personal financial management tools, online mobile phone top-up capabilities, biometric authentication, actionable push notifications, alongside ATM and branch location searches.
