US-based Citizens Alliance Bank has chosen Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) as its new core and digital banking technology provider.
Under the terms of the partnership, the bank will deploy CSI’s NuPoint Core Platform to provide its customers with improved digital services and pursue its growth strategy.
The technology vendor stated that NuPoint delivers a strong core processing system for banks that’s fully integrated with the company’s digital banking platform.
Additionally, the bank is planning to implement a number of customer-facing services from CSI which include mobile deposit and bill pay, increased debit card controls, and an improved online banking experience.
Citizens Alliance Bank president and COO John Gill said: “The driving force behind our bank selecting CSI was the need to provide more relevant digital technology and electronic payments solutions to our customers, especially in terms of delivering a consistent look and feel across all channels.
