The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) has renewed its banking services partnership with Australia Post for an additional five years.
The extension will enable all CBA customers to receive over-the-counter banking services through the Australia Post’s 3,500 Bank@Post post offices.

The partnership, which is currently in the 106th year, will especially benefit the customers residing in the rural and regional areas of the country.
Commonwealth Bank CEO Matt Comyn said: “Our partnership with Australia Post has been and continues to be incredibly important.
“We’ve been listening to our customers and we know they want the convenience and choice of how, when and where they bank with us whether it’s on our app, by calling our local call centres, in a CBA branch or at Australia Post.”
The new agreement with the Australia Post includes various banking services including deposits, withdrawals and bill payments.

Currently, CBA offers banking services across Australia through 4,000 locations including the Australia Post’s outlets.
