Cadence Bank, an American regional lender, has introduced enhancements to its digital platforms, including an intuitive online and mobile banking platform along with an improved website experience.

The new enhanced services will simplify the access to bank accounts online for clients by integrating online banking, bill pay, mobile and text banking into the Fluent by Cadence platform.

The bank has also launched a new mobile app named Cadence Bank Mobile, an updated version of the Fluent by Cadence app for mobile phone and tablet, to serve as a gateway to Fluent combining the two apps.

The enhancements will enable paying a person directly, paying bills, transferring funds between Cadence accounts as well as between other bank’s accounts, making FlashDeposits with iPhone or Android mobile phone and viewing other bank accounts in addition to Cadence accounts with TotalMoney.

Cadence Bank retail banking and treasury management executive Debbie Innes said: "The Fluent update is our latest investment in innovation to help our clients gain more control over their money. Now more than ever, clients want time-savings, simplicity, and anywhere, anytime access to their accounts."
