Brazilian retail bank Banco do Estado do Pará (Banpará) has selected Netscout’s visibility solutions to drive IT modernization and expansion.

The bank deployed nGeniusONE Service Assurance Platform following proof of concept trial due to its capability to support the bank’s entire infrastructure and its applications.

What Netscout platform provides?

nGeniusONE facilitates situational analysis, problem identification, service troubleshooting and their resolution.

It is expected to enable Banpará to identify anomalies and performance issues across the network. Accordingly, the lender’s IT teams can address any performance issue faster reducing Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).

Banpará has also adopted a complete NETSCOUT solution for its banking services.

It has deployed NETSCOUT’s aggregation devices and TAPs to ensure network traffic visibility, while the NETSCOUT’s analytics solutions will provide a complete view of service and application performance.

Netscout’s vSTREAM will monitor the bank’s virtual infrastructure.
