Bank of Sydney has tapped Fiserv technology to modernise digital banking operations for consumer and small business customers.

The bank will implement Fiserv’s DigitalAccess, a cloud-based solution, to facilitate online and mobile applications, infrastructure and services.

The new solution supports banking services via desktop and mobile devices. It also supports features such as personal financial management tools, online mobile phone top-up capabilities, biometric authentication for payments and balance transfers, push notifications, ATM and branch location searches.

The solution also integrates with Fiserv’s core account processing platform Signature.

Bank of Sydney CEO Miltos Michaelas said: “We selected Fiserv because they are a proven technology provider and offered a flexible solution that can grow with us.

“With this upgrade, we can more easily offer our customers the banking products and services they need to help them reach their financial goals.”
