Banco Santander (Suisse) has deployed NetGuardians’ NG|Screener software solution to proactively comply with regulatory requirements.
The lender will integrate NG|Screener around their Temenos core banking platform.

NG|Screener adopts smart behavioural analysis to monitor and assess user activities in real time. It also help control various operational risks from business operations to IT.
Alerts will enable rapid intervention while automated reports will allow reporting and auditing.
In a release, NetGuardians said, "NG|Screener for Temenos is designed specifically for the realities of today’s international regulatory standards. By integrating NG|Screener into their infrastructure, Banco Santander (Suisse) SA will gain a sophisticated, sustainable solution to meet their risk management goals."
The move has been initiated in the wake of recent revisions to FINMA directives (2008/21) which has made an impact on the lender’s Swiss-based operations. The latest revisions integrate qualitative regulatory requirements in line with international standards.
