Telecommunications company AT&T has signed an agreement to equip more than 1,100 branches of US lender Citizens Bank with advanced technology solutions.
The initiative will see the introduction of latest signage and network services with the objective to transform the customer experience through technology.
AT&T will carry out the development, installation and operations of the digital signage network in collaboration with Cineplex Digital Media.
Following the completion of these works, the Citizens Bank branches will have screens with custom content that would include various subjects such as planning for retirement or managing student loans.
These screens will also offer information on stock indices, news, local weather conditions as well as sports and entertainment.
With this technological upgrade, Citizens Bank branches are expected to provide better customer experience by using new features and new design concepts.

The first phase of the project has already been completed with 1,047 single and dual-screen locations are now live with new Cineplex media players.
In the second phase, to be carried out this year, the remaining bank branches are expected to be equipped with the new technology.
