American Savings Bank has selected D+H’s PhoenixEFE core solution, with an objective to boost efficiency and provide improved convenience to its customers.

The Ohio-based bank has chosen the new solution due to its modern, Microsoft-centric architecture and integration among additional channel solutions, claimed D+H.

The bank has also selected additional integrated technologies, including Cavion Internet Banking, Cavion Mobile Banking, Cavion Bill Pay, Cavion Voice Banking, DepositPro account opening, Item Processing Services and the Compushare C3 cloud computing environment.

American Savings Bank president and CEO Jack Kuntz said: "PhoenixEFE provides the advanced technology of a Microsoft-based architecture run in the cloud through Compushare C3, which allows us to better serve our customers while bringing increased efficiency to our operations."

D+H USA president Bill Neville said: "D+H is uniquely positioned to help banks lighten the burden of deploying IT, allowing them to focus on serving customers."

D+H delivers solutions across three broad service areas, such as banking technology, lending, and payments to over 7,000 banks, specialty lenders, community banks and credit unions.
