Allianz Bank Bulgaria is offering its clients with mortgage credits without any prepayment fee, making it the first bank in the country to offer a free service, reported Focus News Agency citing 24 Chasa daily.
The prepayment fee waiver is applicable for mortgage credits of personal funds and refinancing.

The lender has provided its clients with two options to choose for interest rate formation. One is fixed interest rate for the first 15 months and a floating interest rate based on the bank’s base interest rate for the remaining loan term, and an interest rate based on the bank’s base interest rate.
Clients were urged to select an interest rate option by 31 December 2013.
Allianz Bank Bulgaria executive director Rosen Stanimirov told the website that as part of the Allianz Bulgaria Group, the bank provides clients a chance to draw a loan at one of the lowest interest rates on the market and save funds while repaying their credit.
