The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 2.58% in November 2021 when compared with October 2021.

Top five banking and payments companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in November 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 18.59% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s banking and payments industry during November 2021 over October 2021.
Banco Santander posted 337 IT jobs in November 2021 and registered a drop of 0.3% over the previous month, followed by Citigroup with 116 jobs and a 54.67% growth. SIX Group with 99 IT jobs and UBS Group with 76 jobs, recorded a 98% growth and a 26.67% growth, respectively, while ING Group recorded an increase of 5.17% with 61 job postings during November 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 72.14%, up by 3.31% from October 2021. Entry Level positions with a 15.75% share, registered an increase of 5.93% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with 11.34% share, up 10.75% over October 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 0.77%, recording a month-on-month increase of 133.33%.
