Out of the total IT job titles posted by KBC Group, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 51.61% in October 2021, and a 4.23% drop over September 2021, while Computer and Information Analysts claimed a share of 14.04% in October 2021, and registered growth of 37.04%. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 13.47% in October 2021, an 8.97% drop from September 2021.

India commanded a leading presence in the region’s banking and payments industry IT hiring activity with a 31.31% share in October 2021, a 29.92% growth over September 2021. Belgium featured next with a 21.44% share, up 16.49% over the previous month. Bulgaria recorded an 18.98% share, a decline of 9.91% compared with September 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead KBC Group IT hiring activity in October 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 69.64%, down by 2.13% from September 2021. Entry Level positions with a 22.2% share, a growth of 28.57% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with an 8.16% share, up 22.86% over September 2021.
