IT jobs claimed a 22.73% share in the company’s total hiring activity in March 2022, and recorded a 0.87% growth over the last three-month average share.

Out of the total IT job titles posted by Glynn Capital Management, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 80.64% in March 2022, and an 18.36% drop over February 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 5.88% in March 2022, and registered a decline of 20%. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 5.39% in March 2022, a 57.14% rise from February 2022.

North America drives IT hiring at Glynn Capital Management

North America emerged as the leading region in the global banking and payments IT hiring activity in March 2022 with a 96.81% share, which marked a 15.78% drop over the previous month.

Europe stood next with 2.45%, registering a 25% month-on-month growth. South & Central America was the third leading region with a 0.49% share and a flat growth over February 2022.

In the fourth place was Asia-Pacific with a share of 0.25% and a month-on-month decline of 50%.

The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s banking and payments industry IT hiring activity with a 96.57% share in March 2022, a 15.99% decline over February 2022. Italy featured next with a 0.98% share, up 300% over the previous month. Slovenia recorded a 0.74% share, a decline of 40% compared with February 2022.

Junior Level jobs lead Glynn Capital Management IT hiring activity in March 2022

Junior Level jobs held a share of 70.83%, down by 7.37% from February 2022. Mid Level positions with an 18.63% share, a decline of 41.09% compared with the previous month.
