North America drives IT hiring at Wells Fargo

North America emerged as the leading region in the global banking and payments IT hiring activity in July 2021 with a 51.58% share, which marked a 22.57% growth over the previous month.

Asia-Pacific stood next with 48.15%, registering a 42.52% month-on-month decline. Europe was the third leading region with a 0.26% share and a 75% drop over June 2021.

The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s banking and payments industry IT hiring activity with a 51.58% share in July 2021, a 22.57% growth over June 2021. India featured next with a 47.89% share, down 42.38% over the previous month.United Kingdom recorded a 0.26% share, decline of 75% compared with June 2021.

Mid Level jobs lead Wells Fargo IT hiring activity in July 2021

Mid Level jobs held a share of 66.49%, down by 3.08% from June 2021. Junior Level positions with a 29.82% share, a decline of 47.69% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 3.69% share, up 180% over June 2021.
