North America drives IT hiring at JPMorgan Chase

North America emerged as the leading region in the global banking and payments IT hiring activity in June 2021 with a 48.08% share, which marked a 72.48% growth over the previous month.

Asia-Pacific stood next with 38.45%, registering a 52.79% month-on-month growth. Europe was the third leading region with a 10.99% share and a 54.61% growth over May 2021.

In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 2.29% and a month-on-month an increase of 36.11%.Middle East & Africa stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 0.19%, registering a 33.33% rise over the previous month.

The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s banking and payments industry IT hiring activity with a 48.08% share in June 2021, a 72.48% growth over May 2021. India featured next with a 34.85% share, up 49% over the previous month.United Kingdom recorded a 10.01% share, an increase of 45.58% compared with May 2021.

Junior Level jobs lead JPMorgan Chase IT hiring activity in June 2021

Junior Level jobs held a share of 62.02%, up by 24.74% from May 2021. Mid Level positions with a 27.13% share, a growth of 247.31% compared with the previous month.
