Collection Service
New to Accurate Biometrics, our national collection network has nearly 900 locations throughout all 50 States. Our service coverage puts a fingerprint collection kiosk within 20 miles of 85% of the US population. Our service offered through the UPS stores is convenient based on hours of operation and offers a uniform network of trained professional to capture fingerprints.
Card Service
Accurate Biometrics is able to provide manual ink FD-258 card processing for all of its clients. Remote locations and international applicants are the key profile for ink card users. We process all ink cards the same day. We are located near Chicago’s airport and are supported by all express carriers for daily delivery.
Machine Purchase or Lease
Our economical and easy to use live scan equipment is the perfect choice for all uses from small boutique firms to enterprise training centers. Our system may be compatible with existing live scan hardware with compatible “open” software. LLivescanmachines are very affordable and may be a better option to purchase ‘new’ equipment than upgrade and reconfigure connectivity to existing systems.
Onsite Specials
For onboarding large groups of applicants due to acquisition or expansion, Accurate Biometrics is able to come on location (subject to time and travel). We also support executive fingerprint services, providing and assisting in concierge fingerprint service for individuals with critical and demanding schedules.
Archiving Service
We are able to store fingerprints and demographic data with appropriate applicant disclosure agreements in place for delayed submission for processing, to regenerate the fingerprint files for multiple submission or to update criminal history background checks.
Capabilities
Our proprietary ABLE-X live scan fingerprint systems are customizable to your needs, and easy to integrate with existing IT platforms. We may be able to integrate our software package with existing live scan hardware for ease of transitioning to our platform.
We are able to integrate with enterprise applicant tracking systems for onboarding and management of employees and contractors. We have developed a secure web-based applicant tracking system (API) that can allow your systems to integrate with the fingerprinting process from start to finish. Our IT integration options meet and exceed FIPS 140-2 encryption standards.
Accurate Biometrics is able to provide custom reporting to manage the fingerprint submission and delivery process. We are able to work with financial institutions through an FBI approved “Security and Management Control Outsourcing Standard” agreement in place to manage and store Criminal History Reports (rap sheets) CHRI. Accurate Biometrics is able to assist in interpreting and adjudicating of CHRI.
