Wincor Nixdorf has been tasked with overseeing operation of LBBW’s current self-service infrastructure since 1 December 2015.
The company will now be responsible for managing about 300 teller machines and recyclers, about 300 self-service terminals as well as over 140 automated teller safes.
It will also be responsible for monitoring the services and taking remedial measures when required.
Further, the company will offer a user help desk to help users fix minor faults as well as help control service providers sent to fix faults on site.
"The proactive service will translate into higher system availability and thus lower costs for LBBW," Wincor Nixdorf said in a statement.
