The new cloud platform includes all Russia-based employees of the bank in a single digital place enabling the employees to work on their personal development using the assessment tools from any device. It will also help them in their career planning and procure online training.

The platform can also be used by the managers to assess the performance of the employees, receive information about their team and assign tasks regardless of employee location.
