Lebanese lender Bank Audi has deployed NCR SelfServ 80 Series ATM solutions to provide omni-channel experience to customers.

The NCR SelfServ 80 Series comprises NCR SelfServ 82 and NCR SelfServ 84.

The ATM solutions have built-in interactive video banking feature, which allows financial institutions to provide customers tailored service by a live teller at the ATM.

Interactions are done through a 19-inch multi-touch display.

NCR SelfServ 80 also includes a 10-cassette cash dispense capability to reduce cash replenishment costs.

At the same time, the solutions offer security to protect against the latest threats such as skimming.
