US regional lender KeyBank has expanded its partnership with Diebold Nixdorf to digitally transform its more than 1,400 ATMs.

Under the contract, Diebold Nixdorf will upgrade the ATM and transaction automation software through a suite of integrated solutions in the DN Vynamic portfolio.

The transformation will improve self-service consumer transactions and increase overall banking options.

KeyBank ATM upgrade: Details

The Diebold Nixdorf solution suite includes the installation of Vynamic View to provide operational support for ATM management. It includes availability monitoring, incident reporting, and security monitoring support services.

The VISTA terminal application software offers additional options and accessibility for consumers when withdrawing cash while Vynamic Transaction Automation enables advanced ATM transactions.

Furthermore, the latest upgrade will enable personalised experiences to the customers with targeted messaging services.

The overall portfolio will also enable KeyBank to move more transactions to self-service maintaining compliance requirements.

In February this year, Oman’s Sohar International contracted Diebold Nixdorf for digital overhaul of its ATM machines.
